Blessed by “Mom’s Day Away”!

On Saturday, Faith & Family magazine offered a fabulous Mom’s Day Away in Stoneham, Mass.  Danielle Bean, Rachel Balducci & Jennifer Fulwiler shared from the heart great teachings and encouragements to the huge gathering of Moms who were seeking a day to recharge their batteries.  And… I started my day with what should always be the top priority .. prayer!  Hurray!  I took so much away from the day.  Thank you, ladies & Faith & Family!  From here forward, I will be fitting my chores into my prayer time, not the other way around and asking, “Yes, Lord.  What now?”

An Exciting Time at Thirty One!

First, let me thank you for a FABULOUS first year!   I can’t believe I’ve promoted 3 times, won a $1000 bonus, PLUS a trip to Disney in such a short time!  What a year!  Thank you for your support! 

The company is currently the #1 direct sales company in its category and is growing at a rate that is unprecedented in the industry. Cindy & Scott Monroe, our company’s Presidents, want to be able to offer our customers perfect customer service and consultant support and, if we keep growing the way we are without taking time to get caught up, we won’t be able to do that.  They are in the process of hiring 1000 more people to work in the factory, customer service, and consultant support.
In order to train them properly, they need time to catch their breath. Two years ago we only had 100 people total working for Thirty-One besides the consultants!  They are evaluating & improving all systems, technologies & operations to provide a solid foundation for the future.

I wanted to let you know that effective Monday there will be a freeze on new consultant sign ups.  If you’ve been thinking Thirty One might be a great way to earn extra money  (actually a LOT of extra money), win a trip to Mexico or Disney and so much more …… and if you have been on the fence, sign up before Monday at midnight or you’ll have to wait a bit …( no one knows how long.)   What have you got to lose?  If you try it for a few months and change your mind, you’ve got lots of GREAT bags plus cash in your pocket!

Conference is coming!

I’m all signed up for 2011 National Conference in Ohio!  Can hardly wait!  It was an awesome celebration last Summer and I’m so excited to go again this year!  Who wants to join me??!

I LOVE Thirty One!!

Well, I started this blog a few months back and have been so busy building my business that I haven’t mastered the art of regular posts!  But … the time invested in my biz has been hugely successful!  Through the fall I did 3-4 parties a week .. sometimes less, sometimes more .. and the payoff?  I promoted to Senior Director!! Woo Hoo!

How does one become a Senior Director with Thity One?  By having 2 consultants on your team promote to Director!  Sheree Schuler and Mary Seekell did just that in November !  The key is consistent activity and inviting folks to join your team.  They become directors in just 4 months!  Wow!

Other success?  You bet!  I earned a $1000 bonus for maintaining my Director status for 3 months!  Sure needed that !   My team is up to 72 consultants now!  And my family and I will be heading to Disney courtesy of Thirty One Gifts!  Woo hoo!!!!  We’re so excited as we haven’t been able to afford a vacation for years!  And, I haven’t seen my Dad and step-mom who live in Florida for almost 2 years! 

We are loving Thirty One!  And, the new Dream Rewards program was just announced for 2011.  I’ve set my goal to earn conference again this year, plus Disney .. or maybe we’ll be headed to a new house and I can choose a  $2000 Best Buy gift card toward appliances!  I’m dreaming!  But have the plans to make it come true.  Oh, and the trip to Mexico!  I’ve never been on such a luxurious vacation and I’d love to go!  So … back to work!  Come join our team and you can earn these great rewards as well!  Such fun!
